**sleep update** As most of you know Henry hasnt slept through the night for more than about 3-4 hour intervals since he was 3 months old-- and at that time he slept for 12 hours which only last a week. So needless to say, Jared and I are pretty sleep deprived. However I wanted to share a praise report with all of you... Last night Henry struggled to go to sleep at the beginning and once I was finally able to calm his restlessness at midnight he slept all the way until 6:55am! I feel so refreshed! It is very amazing how our bodies REQUIRE a good nights sleep. Thank you for all your positive thoughts and prayers about Henry sleeping -- we all got some rest!
it's the cool cap. Henry needs a little sister. Would wear him out and put him to sleep
